Here to Help - Information You Need said.Ĭar Extended Warranty My site is much more comprehensive and has lots more up-to-date information regarding extended car warranties you will want to read up on. I have a site of my own, on car extended warranty, that is related to your blog, so I hope you will visit and tell me what you think. I am really interested in anything about Information on Car Buying If you are interested, you may like to check out my site: Information on Car Buying I am an avid Blog Reader and came across yours. Their prices are also attractive and atleast 1000 $ below market price. He was confident that the car had an accident as the parts beneath (atleast 6) were not of original Honda and were of poor quality.Īfter this incident, I decided that the best I can do right now is to blog about this fraud dealer so that atleast some who come across this blog can be aware of him and not risk buying cars from him. I just asked the Honda dealer (where I gave for servicing) to go ahead and replace the parts. Going to court occured to me once but then I didnt have money and time to spend on that. I was in deep shock and had no idea what to do. In the end he did hang up the phone on me saying I was bullshiting him. He threatened me to hang up the phone if I raised my voice further (obviously I was loosing my cool in front of this illiterate so called English speaking guys faking american names). So what this guy does is instead blames me for lying to them and calls me a cheat. It was me who pointed them out that brake lights were not functional and many other things. It so happens that they both (Edmond and Fred) dont know much of English and they started claiming there was no ABS light which was ON and that they always do thorough inspection of the car before delivering it. I called up the Goodway auto sales dealer right then and talked about it. He said that ABS light is ON meaning its not working and that there were 3 parts (costing total of 500 $) which were broken. He said the car definitely had an accident and that most of the parts beneath (suspension and other parts) were new and also not of Honda. I was in for a shock when I went to take the car from nearby Honda dealer where I gave it for oil change and servicing. I was getting little skeptic about the car now but didnt know what was yet coming.Īfter a week or so of driving, I decided to give it for oil change as a fresh start and have it fully serviced. They changed the brake light right there in front of me in 5 mins. He said the door rims were not available and they shall let me know as soon as they are. I went to take the possession of the car after a week and found that the brake lights were still not repaired and neither were the door rubber rims replaced.

After signing all papers and other formalities, they promised that car would be repaired and ready by next week. So I decided to go ahead and buy the car and also purchased extended warranty that they offered for 5 years or 60000 miles for 1700 $. I checked the CARFAX account and it showed a clean title history. Also they told they have a 1 month warranty on it and that they would fix any problem I find within a month (which was a big time lie as you will learn further). This guy (Fred) and the main dealer called Edmond (again an Iranian and must be having a different name) convinced me that car was perfect and I thought it was OK if I didn't have it checked by some other mechanic. We brought this to notice of the dealer and he said he could easily have them fixed. The door rubber rims were torn at some places, rear brake light was bit broken and not even working. I was wrong in believing that.Īfter the test drive, me and my friends took indepth look at the car and found many things faulty. I asked the person (Name : Fred - he is an Iranian, so dont know his real name) as to why the light was ON. So when I test drove, the experience was great, but I found that ABS light was ON. However, I wasnt much familiar with Honda accords. One of the dealers was Goodway Auto Sales or ( ). I zeroed in on few dealers (used car dealers) and went for test drives. It all began with my search for a nice Honda Accord preferably 2003 or later model. This is about my car buying experience from
